ARC Real Estate is a multi-state real estate brokerage built on experience, structure, and a client-first approach to every transaction.

Founded in 2004 by Thomas Mulligan, ARC Real Estate was established with a clear objective: to operate a brokerage focused on professionalism, market knowledge, and long-term client relationships.

Today, ARC Real Estate continues to operate on that same foundation, providing real estate services across multiple states, including New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Maryland, and Florida.
